Might as well keep using this category for site improvements.
My last post fit in three different categories - THREE. NOt because it truely fit, but becaue I wandered. And a styled <hr> allows it.
That should not happen. So I did some thinking. It comes down to having the date repeated on the index page if I have multiple posts in one day.
So the_time() is changed to the_date(), and the issue is solved. Only one instance of any date will show up on a page.
Also, print stylesheet messup fixed.
