Not that I don’t like Gentoo, its just there were times where it seemed I was in Cold War with my machine…
Seriously, the time I’ve spent staring at compiler messages — not error messages, I’m just one to watch.
Installation went cleanly enough, though I messed up settings somewhat in the first try. How much?
rm -R ~/.config/*; rm -R ~/.cache/*
…just to use my desktop again. I’ve done worse.
